Appointments

For urgent issues, we will try our best to schedule you with your family doctor or with an After Hours Clinic appointment on the same day or the following day.
If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to re-book or wait until your doctor can fit you in.
For complete physical exams and well baby visits, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Please advise the secretary the reason for your visit when you book your appointment, it helps the nurse and doctor prepare for your visit.

If you cannot attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time.
If you miss an appointment, you may be charged for the visit.

Inappropriate language and lack of respect and courtesy towards our staff will not be tolerated.
If you behave in such a manner towards your doctor or any of the clinic staff, you will be asked to leave the practice immediately without exception.

When you enroll with your family doctor, you agreed for your doctor to provide you with all of your general and urgent medical care.
As part of this agreement, you should try to avoid using walk in clinics or seeing another family doctor on a regular basis. This helps us provide better care for all your health care needs by keeping track of all of your records with your doctor.
